1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Aivly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Aivly is operated by Zuzi Development LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Aivly provides a curated AI news feed and weekly digest email personalized to your profession. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Aivly offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start.
  • After the trial, your card will be charged automatically at the rate you selected ($12/month or $120/year).
  • You may cancel at any time via the My Plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial periods.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Aivly to scrape content, resell access, or violate any applicable law. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Content

Aivly aggregates and summarizes publicly available news articles. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. AI-generated summaries are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Aivly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

Zuzi Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aivly. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
